MYT Digital is an independent company and is not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with any third-party platforms or brands such as Meta (Facebook, WhatsApp), Google, or others. Any reference to third-party platforms is for informational purposes only. We rely on third-party APIs to provide certain features of the Platform. We are not responsible for any changes, disruptions, or discontinuations of these APIs that may affect the functionality of our Services.
We may engage affiliates or subcontractors to provide parts of the Services. While we ensure they comply with our standards, MYT Digital remains solely responsible for the performance of the Services under these Terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ahmedabad, India, in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the award shall be final and binding.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or third-party service disruptions.
We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
